      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met and inventory levels are maintained
      - Equip distributor partners with the necessary tools and resources to grow the portfolio at retail
      - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns
      - Provide guidance and support to market specialists to achieve sales targets
      - Conduct regular market visits to provide on-the-ground support and feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage industry
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth
      - Valid Driver's License for the state where work is performed and a clean driving record
      - Strong understanding of sales strategies and distributor management
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
