What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities with transformer OEMs, utilities, and EPCs across North America and international markets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for key product lines, including transformers and EBOS for solar and other industries
- Cultivate strong relationships with VP-level executives in sourcing, engineering, and supply chain
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on complex, high-volume projects while ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to influence product development and capacity planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the transformer, heavy electrical equipment, or industrial components sector
- Strong background in selling to transformer OEMs, EPCs, or utilities
- Familiarity with transformer component specifications, materials, and relevant industry codes
- Proven ability to navigate complex solution selling and long sales cycles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with sourcing and supply chain strategies for high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments
- Deep knowledge of U.S. grid modernization programs and renewable integration
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a command of commercial and technical value propositions
