      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from various sources, including retailer POS and syndicated data
      - Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as revenue, trade spend ROI, and promotional performance
      - Support account teams with sales forecasting, trade spend planning, and budgeting processes
      - Identify bottlenecks in sales operations and implement process improvements
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain for operational alignment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Revenue Operations within CPG/FMCG or grocery retail
      - Strong proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
      - Experience with syndicated data and retailer-specific systems
      - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
      - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with trade spend management and vendor compliance programs
      - Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude comfortable working in ambiguity and driving initiatives independently
