What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own data integrity across Salesforce, ensuring accurate contract terms and sales documentation
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements for scalable, efficient workflows
- Build end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to order fulfillment and customer success
- Manage provisioning of new subscriptions, renewals, and upsells, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing guidance on usage and operational best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree is a plus
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including reporting and data management
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with a commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
