      Purpose

      Own the creation, sustainment, evaluation, and optimization of retail-focused sales and sales management tools, processes, and resources that increase conversion, shorten ramp, and improve customer experience while reducing costs and increasing revenue

      Essential Duties & Responsibilities

      Establish and maintain strong partnerships with sales employees at all levels of the organization

      Collaborate with Sales Leadership to assess sales performance, evaluate processes, and support real-time business needs

      Partner with Confie support teams and key stakeholders to achieve project and organizational objectives

      Support Confie Retail by implementing, sustaining, evaluating, and optimizing the sales funnel; sales and servicing processes and skills; pre-underwriting; and frontline operational practices

      Manage and participate in retail-focused projects of varying scope, exercising independent judgment in process-related decisions

      Create, deliver, and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources to support frontline execution

      Support the design, implementation, and optimization of differentiating sales and sales management tools

      Evaluate and sustain the use of sales tools and resources to ensure continued organizational impact and alignment with evolving business needs

      Participate in retail frontline selling/management activities and job shadowing to inform, evaluate, and optimize processes

      Conduct regular sales observations over the phone and in-person to identify opportunities for improved performance and execution

      Establish and track project outcomes, KPIs, ROI, program budgets, and personal performance goals

      Document, track, and manage project milestones and deliverables for all participating stakeholders

      Lead or support department-specific and enterprise-wide responsibilities, programs, and key initiatives

      Make autonomous, data-driven decisions to optimize revenue opportunities and reduce operational expenses

      Communicate effectively and professionally across multiple channels, including email, chat, in-person meetings, and phone

      Qualifications and Education Requirements

      5 years of retail sales experience or related insurance industry experience

      Demonstrated project management competence or ≥ 2 years in a project management role

      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite professional products

      Strong communication (written and spoken English) and change management skills; able to influence without authority

      Exceptional organizational and time management skills

      Comfortable conducting over the phone and/or field observations and translating findings into SOPs and training

      Preferred Skills

      Insurance (P&C, personal lines, non-standard auto) or multi-location retail experience

      Bachelor's or Master's degree with a business orientation

      Conversational written and spoken Spanish
