What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary operations partner for the Pipeline Generation Sales Development team, providing analytics and insights to drive results
- Own and optimize the Pipeline Generation Tech Stack, including Salesforce and other productivity systems
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver visibility into pipeline creation and SDR performance
- Implement system integrations and process automations to streamline workflows
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, identifying performance trends and driving continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems Management
- Proven expertise in Salesforce administration, including reports and automation
- Experience with forecasting and pipeline analytics tools like Clari
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with senior leaders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with sales research and productivity tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Hands-on experience with system integrations and automation tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
