What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary operations partner for the Pipeline Generation Sales Development team, providing analytics and reporting to drive results
- Own and optimize the Pipeline Generation Tech Stack, including Salesforce and various sales productivity systems
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline creation and SDR performance
- Implement system integrations and process automations to streamline workflows between marketing, SDR, and sales
- Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to inform territory planning and lead management processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems Management, ideally supporting Sales Development or Inside Sales teams
- Proven expertise in Salesforce administration, including reports, dashboards, and automation
- Experience with Clari and at least one dialer and email sequencing platform (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable partnering with senior leaders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with system integrations and automation tools
- Familiarity with sales research and productivity tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
