      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with sales and cross-functional leaders to develop strategies for scaling the Global Sales team effectively
      - Assess and prioritize requests and improvement opportunities to create a long-term roadmap
      - Develop operational measurements to identify and resolve business process issues
      - Collaborate with the Salesforce Systems team to automate workflows and enhance systems processes
      - Champion and embed cultural principles that align with the organization's growth and global scaling

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or comparable roles in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
      - Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and drive organizational change
      - Experience delivering end-to-end initiatives including documentation, UAT, and change management
      - Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
      - Bachelor's degree required; focus in business, finance, economics, or engineering preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Significant experience in change management and project management
      - Experience as a Salesforce administrator is a plus but not required
