      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to enhance the Customer Score Card for electronic transactions
      - Monitor and analyze EDI performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
      - Create customized dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
      - Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for best practices within the Residential Fire Team
      - Collaborate with various teams to align EDI solutions with organizational objectives and enhance cross-functional efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant Sales Operations experience
      - At least 3 years of X12 EDI experience, including EDI 850, 855, 856, and 810 documents
      - Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex EDI issues
      - Proven ability to drive projects from initiation to completion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
      - Experience with EDI HQ software and JD Edwards systems
      - Familiarity with AS2 Communications and database concepts
      - Experience in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry
      - Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across functional areas
