What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver hands-on, in-field training and coaching to sales representatives and leaders
- Collaborate with the Sales Training & Development Team to implement effective strategies
- Partner with senior sales leadership to develop custom training plans for growth-focused markets
- Lead by example in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with sales reps
- Host workshops and role-playing sessions to enhance engagement and sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in direct marketing, advertising, or related industries
- At least 2+ years in a coaching, mentoring, or training role (preferably field-based)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales training platforms, and analytics
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 70%
