What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the sales and CRM process by maintaining accurate client records and managing the sales pipeline
- Prepare and edit custom tour proposals and client pitch materials with attention to detail
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to engage potential registrants
- Ensure seamless information handoff from sales to operations, maintaining continuity of client details
- Organize and manage documentation archives for proposals and past tours
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in music, business, management, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, project coordination, or proposal management
- General knowledge of the international performance travel industry
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
