What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and generate leads for at-need and pre-need cemetery arrangements
- Build trust-based relationships with families through attentive listening and honest communication
- Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to provide seamless service
- Maintain activity levels and track productivity to meet sales goals
- Follow through on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of college or equivalent education and experience
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Current state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass the employer's internal presentation certification within thirty days of hire

- Experience in the funeral services or related industry
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to treat others with empathy and respect
- Familiarity with computer software and technology
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
