What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect for new clients by dedicating a minimum of 1-2 hours each day to lead generation
- Build trust-based relationships with families by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with funeral directors and cemetery staff to provide seamless, high-quality service
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain and track activity levels to ensure productivity and follow through on all customer requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of college education or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales industry experience preferred
- Current state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass the Company’s internal presentation certification within thirty days of hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the funeral services industry
- Insurance license if required by state law
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with computer systems and software
