What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales revenue quotas by presenting services and products to consumers
- Self-initiate leads and build relationships within the community to generate qualified sales opportunities
- Guide prospective families through cemetery grounds or crematory mausoleums, understanding their unique needs
- Complete contracts accurately and follow up on outstanding documents and family questions
- Collaborate with management and staff to enhance service quality and improve processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Funeral Directors License and Life Insurance License required where applicable by state law
- Current state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Sales experience preferred, with industry experience as a plus
- Computer and technology skills, along with public speaking ability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team
