      Sales, Regional Manager - AllParts Medical (Remote-Based, Northeast)

      Job Description

      In this role you will manage AllParts sales and marketing activities, and provide technical expertise in the Northeast US Region.

      Your role:
      • Sell entire line of AllParts products and Develop, manage and continuously update Region Business Plan in order to maximize competitive advantage.
      • Demonstrate and promote AllParts products at regional and national trade shows
      • Meet or exceed region sales budget and Make sales calls in Northeast US Region to all customer types.


      You're the right fit if:
      • You've acquired 5+ years of experience in medical sales or service experience.
      • Your skills include detailed knowledge of the AllParts Business and multivendor systems
      • You have a Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent in education and experience preferred.
      • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
      • You're an excellent sales leader with the ability to build customer relationships.


      How we work together

      We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

      Philips Transparency Details

      Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $157,250 - $187,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

      Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.

      Additional Information

      US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

      Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Northeast US Region.
