What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and present technical proposals on Anesthesia products to meet customer needs
- Call on potential and existing customers to expand or retain sales of Anesthesia product lines
- Analyze customer systems and product needs while developing target lists of potential accounts
- Implement strategic business plans to attain long-term sales targets and sustainable growth
- Collaborate with field sales and Medline resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve business goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience or at least 5 years of relevant sales experience
- Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time for business purposes
- Previous sales experience in the hospital and/or healthcare industry
- Proficient in CRM software and intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships within a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the Acute Care Anesthesia market
- Experience in a full-cycle sales environment
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to various audience levels
