  Now Hiring: Inside Sales Representative
  Conway, SC
  Pay Rate: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
  Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative for a client in Conway, SC. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing company that values professionalism, initiative, and results.
  
  We are seeking an energetic and motivated sales professional who is eager to learn and build a long-term career in the sign industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Generating new sales leads and follow up on existing opportunities
  • Prepare quotes and assist customers with product and service inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and prospects
  Qualifications
  
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience preferred
  • Experience in marketing, manufacturing, or service-based industries is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and outstanding customer service skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach

  Pay Details: $16.00 to $24.00 per hour
