      Job Objective
      The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service for all FootJoy golf products across assigned direct accounts within a defined geographic territory. This role serves as a brand champion and trusted business advisor, achieving sales and distribution objectives while supporting company initiatives and strengthening FootJoy's market leadership.

      What You Will Be Doing
      • Lead sales and service efforts for assigned FootJoy product lines, achieving revenue and unit distribution goals established by Sales Management.
      • Manage all administrative functions, including pricing compliance, accurate order entry, car-stock oversight, promotional budget tracking, and account record maintenance.
      • Execute in-store merchandising by maintaining product displays and point-of-purchase materials to maximize sell-through and reduce returns.
      • Build and maintain strong, customer-focused relationships through proactive communication, timely follow-up, and effective issue resolution while balancing customer needs with company objectives.
      • Represent and promote the FootJoy brand at sectional, state, and designated championship events, and through ongoing engagement with PGA Professionals, Assistants, and key amateur influencers.


      What You Bring

      • Bachelor's degree required
      • Minimum of 2 years of prior field sales experience required
      • Knowledge of FootJoy products required
      • Ability to drive extensively throughout an assigned geographic territory
      • Overnight travel required as necessary to ensure optimal territory coverage
      • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
