What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow and develop an assigned territory by engaging with surgeons in their offices and hospital operating rooms
- Make daily new calls to attract and develop new customers
- Demonstrate products to surgeons and explain their medical and fiscal benefits
- Prepare and deliver quotations for products
- Maintain a territory plan to effectively manage sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience or at least 5 years of similar experience
- Proven track record of sales growth and quota attainment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to drive and travel extensively (90% of workday) to interact with healthcare providers

- Experience presenting medical devices and surgical products
- Background in cold calling and full-cycle sales
- Ability to present multiple product lines effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients
