      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently implement sales strategies to grow market share in the designated territory

      - Present business proposals to gain agreement on initiatives and increase product usage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in the pest control industry
      - High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Agriculture preferred
      - Proven consultative selling skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
      - Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
      - Ability to manage expenses within the assigned budget and maintain a company vehicle

      - Experience in territory and zone development within the pest control sector
      - Familiarity with key market influencers and distribution networks
      - Strong presentation skills, particularly in creating engaging PowerPoint materials
