      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement sales and marketing strategies to grow market share in the assigned territory
      - Maintain weekly call reports and plan sales calls at least four weeks in advance
      - Utilize Salesforce to manage and track territory strategy effectively
      - Conduct presentations and proposals to gain agreement on initiatives with territory accounts
      - Manage expenses within the assigned budget and maintain the company vehicle

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Agriculture preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of previous outside sales experience required
      - Proven skills in consultative selling and building long-term customer relationships
      - Experience in delivering effective internal and external presentations
      - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the commercial poultry industry
      - Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
