What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline by completing 20-30 outbound calls per day with a focus on closing new business
- Provide a best-in-show experience to potential customers while educating them on policy and product offerings
- Analyze customer motivation and handle objections effectively
- Act as a brand ambassador, building positive experiences for customers
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience and generate sales ideas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outbound sales environment with a proven track record in DTC sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges
- Existing Property & Casualty Insurance License
