What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel across the assigned territory to partner with financial institutions and introduce Clover's solutions to merchants
- Proactively generate leads and expand your sales portfolio in a business-to-business setting
- Act as a strategic advisor to merchants, customizing solutions to help them thrive in a competitive market
- Foster authentic connections and uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage partnerships and referral networks for pipeline growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment
- Demonstrated success in cold-calling and lead generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- 3+ years of sales experience, particularly in consultative and relationship-driven roles
- Proven ability to design strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue
