      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth by expanding existing accounts and developing new customer partnerships
      - Consistently achieve or exceed sales and margin targets
      - Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance retention and long-term loyalty
      - Develop and manage pricing strategies for all assigned accounts
      - Collaborate with manufacturers' representatives to promote and sell featured items

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Professional Selling, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
      - Proven sales experience in Packaging and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations)
      - Experience in food/meat processing, industrial processing, plant operating supplies, PPE, or safety products
      - Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); MS Dynamics 365 experience is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in distribution industries such as paper, packaging, janitorial/sanitation, MRO, food service, or dairy processing
      - Outstanding customer service skills and effective collaboration with teams and partners
      - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
      - Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays
