What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate regularly with customers in the assigned territory to build rapport and understand their needs
- Identify and pursue new customer acquisitions, including conducting cold calls for potential leads
- Prepare and review sales reports to evaluate progress and identify problem areas
- Create and maintain a sales plan that meets and exceeds profit goals within corporate guidelines
- Travel extensively to visit current and potential clients, ensuring effective relationship management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of Outside Sales Experience and/or Engineering experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft CRM Dynamics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
