What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain customer relationships while identifying new sales opportunities
- Manage a weekly pipeline of sales opportunities, quotes, and orders
- Travel to client locations and attend industry events to foster sales connections
- Provide price quotations and establish proper contract terms and delivery dates
- Collaborate with internal teams to assist in product development and customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Minimum of three years of sales experience or five years of relevant industry experience
- Established understanding of Government Sales and Federal Contracting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to obtain security clearance, if required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with the Department of Defense, Military, Federal Agencies, and Law Enforcement
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, including Salesforce and NetSuite
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
