What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and generate new business revenue opportunities within assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, and Attorneys
- Meet sales quotas or revenue targets as set by management
- Develop and execute a call plan for qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and drive brand awareness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of successful residential Title, Mortgage, and Real Estate industry experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Requires a valid driver’s license
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in territory management and customer relationship building
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and Salesforce.com for contact and account management
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to understand customer needs and objectives
- Demonstrated persistence and tenacity in pursuing revenue opportunities
- Visibility in the marketing area through participation in industry functions and community events
