      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on Treace Medical products and procedures, instilling confidence in surgeons and operating room teams
      - Develop new customer relationships through strategic prospecting and follow-up on company-generated leads
      - Provide feedback to the marketing team on product design to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
      - Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons, including didactic and cadaveric sessions
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel to support sales and clinical events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience
      - Ability to travel locally up to 90% of the time and overnight travel up to 20% of the time
      - Proven track record of success in sales
      - Willingness to support surgeons in emergency/operating room environments
      - Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance policy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the orthopedic medical device industry
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and surgeons
      - Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations in clinical environments
      - Experience with hospital credentialing processes
