      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell implantable devices for pain therapies to healthcare professionals and institutions
      - Partner with strategic implanting centers to develop account relationships and practices
      - Provide technical support and consultation for product and therapy-related inquiries
      - Analyze sales trends and collaborate with business partners to develop marketing plans
      - Ensure compliance with quality policies and work procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of relevant experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; or
      - Associate's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or
      - Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
      - Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
      - Experience in sales, clinical, or related fields in the medical industry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the reimbursement climate
      - Experience interacting with physicians in Neurology, Oncology, or similar fields
      - Familiarity with the Operating Room and clinical therapies
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
      - Proven ability in business planning and territory analysis
