What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and apply sales strategies to assigned accounts and new business within the designated territory
- Prepare and deliver presentations using information from internal and external resources
- Conduct gap/opportunity analysis with financial implications to identify best practices
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and distribution partners to create beneficial programs
- Manage individual development through onboarding, sales training, and skill enhancement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3 to 4 years of sales experience or a suitable combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, virtual meeting tools, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate
- Valid U.S./Canadian driver's license and ability to travel independently, up to 15%

- Bilingual or multilingual skills are desirable
- Demonstrated ability to utilize digital/remote selling capabilities
