What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve assigned annual sales and activity targets for High-Dosage Tutoring and On-Demand Tutoring programs
- Build and maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce with disciplined data hygiene
- Conduct district- and state-level discovery focused on instructional goals and funding strategies
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to district leaders
- Lead the response process for RFPs, RFQs, and state-level bid opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum qualifications: 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of successful sales experience in the education market, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Experience with selling both in-person and online solutions, particularly in K-12 or EdTech
- Proven history of reaching sales quotas and targets
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-5+ years of successful B2B or institutional sales experience
- Experience working with school districts, charters, state agencies, or academic intervention programs
- Excellent oral communication, writing, and closing skills
- Ability to work from a home office and travel frequently to customer locations
