What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support for the sales team, including workflow coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with current retail customers
- Ensure merchandise areas are well-stocked and presentable; replenish samples as needed
- Track and report daily and weekly sales data to account managers
- Collaborate with account managers on sales reporting and promotional planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of and experience with spreadsheet, word processing, and sales software
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and functional groups
- Valid driver's license required with a good driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled college student with an anticipated graduation by the end of the current school year
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
