      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute 15-20+ cold calls and targeted emails daily to pre-qualified medical practitioners
      - Present telehealth and teledentistry platform services through consultative conversations
      - Ask discovery questions to identify prospect needs and compliance requirements
      - Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and conversion status in a CRM system
      - Drive a minimum of 20 conversions per month from provided qualified leads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales, inside sales, or business development experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      - Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
      - Legal authorization to work in the United States as an independent contractor

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare industry sales (medical devices, health IT, telehealth)
      - Knowledge of medical billing and HIPAA compliance
      - Previous independent contractor or 1099 sales experience
      - Track record of exceeding sales targets and conversion goals
      - Bilingual abilities (English + Spanish)
