What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow sales territory by selling engineered pumps, parts, and services
- Develop new and existing end-user customers to meet sales forecasts and growth objectives
- Establish and maintain Value Based Commercial Excellence account plans for the territory
- Communicate market conditions, customer needs, and sales efforts to management through monthly reports
- Collaborate with the ITT Gould's Pumps Baton Rouge Service Center
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of technical sales experience in rotating equipment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP & quoting software, and web-based systems
- Knowledge of General Industry, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Chemical sectors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive experience with rotating equipment, pump mechanics, and hydraulics
- Experience in selling Service/Aftermarket, New Equipment, and Spare Parts
- Strong planning, organization, analytical, and decision-making skills
