What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement executive sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share
- Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate product solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industrial trends and competitors
- Provide technical support and product training to clients, demonstrating the benefits and applications of our blind rivet solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fasteners, tool, or related industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product specifications and applications
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Valid, state-issued driver's license and ability to pass DMV, pre-employment drug screen, and background check

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Ability to travel frequently and manage a flexible schedule
