What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts by building trust-based relationships with district stakeholders
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan for new sales, renewals, and services
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, staying informed about district needs and adoptions
- Conduct regular in-person district visits and participate in regional events to strengthen relationships
- Provide actionable insights to the Regional Sales Director to inform senior leadership communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the educational sector, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong knowledge of educational programs, curriculum, and pedagogy
- Proven success in managing and growing a sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to support customer success
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or Liberal Arts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in conducting compelling sales presentations and supporting pilot programs for educational materials
- Familiarity with the unique priorities and political context impacting education decisions at the district level
- Ability to leverage market intelligence to inform sales strategies
