      We are seeking a driven Technical Sales Representative, for the Atlantic District in our Packaging & Hygiene Solutions segment. The role will manage in Ashland, VA area.

      The position responsibilities include:
      • Servicing existing and new accounts, including on site analysis, troubleshooting, inspection, design and installation of feed and delivery systems as well as any service function related to the sale and maintenance of Kemira product lines.
      • Establishing a business plan with goals and objectives for sales and profits to new and
        existing business
      • Providing customer with timely service reports
      • Communicating mill requirements/opportunities
      • Providing attention to customer needs and identifying new sales opportunities
      • Monitoring Kemira product and service quality, and addressing issues
      • Resolving customer concerns to customer's satisfaction
      • Maintaining sales information systems and expense reporting systems in a timely and
        accurate manner
      • Attending appropriate industry conferences and assigned company meetings
      • Developing technical and sales skills by participating in and completing, company approved training programs

        What you'll bring to the team:
        • Bachelor's degree level and/or equivalent field experience in paper specialty chemical sales, paper science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering. 5-10 years' experience in the paper industry
        • Ability to develop Key Account or Project Plans and execute with discipline
        • Strong emphasis on documenting ROI of new and existing applications
        • Ability to develop "trust based" relationships with key buyers
        • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
          • Preferred experience in the following areas:
          • Paper making operations
          • General wet-end applications
          • Retention and drainage chemistries
          • Sizing
          • Strength applications
          • Effluent treatment applications
        • English and French Speaking is a positive.
