What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Market and sell the employer's entire Group Benefits portfolio products to designated brokers
- Support broker and client relationships to enhance sales and client retention
- Develop and maintain broker relationships to grow the book of business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and consumer demands
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase sales of product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A BS, BA degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 2 years of group insurance sales experience or relevant combination of experience and education
- Knowledge of industry products and processes including Worksite, LTD, and Dental products
- Proven ability to lead meetings with C-suite stakeholders and drive closure in the up-market segment
- Must hold all required industry licenses and maintain through ongoing Continuing Education

- Previous involvement in related extracurricular activities that demonstrate industry knowledge
- Strong rapport-building skills in both in-person and virtual settings
