      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate and engage healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on-label prescribing
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts and budgets within the assigned territory
      - Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
      - Develop and implement strategic business plans in collaboration with the District Sales Manager and Regional Sales Director
      - Utilize emerging technologies and tools to enhance sales effectiveness and performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree required
      - Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, or related transferrable sales experience
      - Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role
      - Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with product launches and established relationships with key stakeholders in the territory
      - Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar-based call planning tools
      - Marketing experience with an understanding of financial processes and Market Access
      - Knowledge of the regulatory environment within the biotech/pharma industry
      - Skills in clinical knowledge related to the medical, healthcare, or pharmacy industry
