      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on-label prescribing
      - Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts meet or exceed expectations
      - Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare providers and pharmacy staff
      - Develop and execute a local strategy and business plan to achieve high-performing sales
      - Leverage market knowledge to identify and manage business opportunities and challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree required
      - Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
      - Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role
      - Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
      - Demonstrated ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Product launch experience is a plus
      - Existing relationships with key stakeholders in the territory
      - Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar-based call planning tools
      - Marketing experience with an understanding of financial processes and Market Access
