What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate and engage healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on-label prescribing
- Drive sales performance and ensure forecasts and budgets meet or exceed expectations
- Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to generate demand for primary care products
- Develop and implement local strategies and business plans to maximize sales in the assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
- Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role
- Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Product launch experience is a plus
- Knowledge of territory and established relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar-based call planning tools
- Marketing experience with an understanding of financial processes and Market Access
- Skills in clinical knowledge within the medical, healthcare, or pharmacy industry
