      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate and engage healthcare professionals on clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles
      - Drive sales performance in alignment with business goals and ensure forecasts meet expectations
      - Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare providers and pharmacy staff
      - Develop and implement local strategies and business plans for high-performing sales
      - Manage customer objections and deliver exceptional value to physicians

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree required
      - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related transferable sales experience
      - Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role
      - Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Product launch experience is a plus
      - Knowledge of territory and established relationships with key stakeholders
      - Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar-based call planning tools
      - Marketing and commercial experience with an understanding of financial processes within the biotech/pharma industry
      - Demonstrated ethical behavior and compliance with company policies
