What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate and engage healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts and budgets
- Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with internal partners to develop and implement strategic business plans
- Anticipate potential barriers to sales goals and propose effective solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or related sales
- Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales-focused role
- Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Product launch experience is a plus
- Established relationships with key stakeholders in the territory
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar-based call planning tools
- Experience in marketing and understanding of financial processes within the biotech/pharma industry
- Knowledge of the medical, healthcare, or pharmacy industry is preferred
