      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate and engage healthcare professionals about clinical evidence, product efficacy, and safety profiles to support appropriate prescribing
      - Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and budgets meet or exceed expectations
      - Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
      - Develop and implement local strategies and business plans to generate high-performing sales in the assigned territory
      - Leverage emerging technologies and tools to enhance sales effectiveness and performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree required
      - Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, or related fields
      - Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role
      - Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
      - Demonstrated ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Product launch experience is a plus
      - Established relationships with key stakeholders in the territory
      - Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and call planning tools
      - Marketing and commercial experience with knowledge of financial processes and market access
      - Skills in clinical knowledge related to the medical or pharmacy industry
