      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate and engage healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy to support appropriate prescribing
      - Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts meet or exceed expectations
      - Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
      - Develop and implement local strategies and business plans to enhance sales performance
      - Leverage emerging technologies and tools to improve sales effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree required
      - Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
      - Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role
      - Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Product launch experience is a plus
      - Established relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned territory
      - Proficiency in Veeva CRM and Microsoft Teams
      - Marketing and commercial experience with knowledge of financial processes
      - Skills in project management and understanding of regulatory environments in biotech/pharma
