What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote sales of laboratory services in private practices
- Travel extensively (80% of the time) to meet clients and promote offerings
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales metrics and growth targets
- Communicate effectively with healthcare facilities, urgent cares, and private practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or Business
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe PDF
- Clean driving record and ability to provide own vehicle
- Must pass a drug test and background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience or exposure to medical sales
- Knowledge of diagnostic testing in the private practice sector
- Familiarity with healthcare facilities and reference labs
- Experience utilizing CRM systems effectively
