What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts to increase profits for the branch/region

- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase modular building options
- Prepare reports on sales activities, results, and market trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed based on business needs
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of motivation and passion for sales
- Valid Driver's License
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in construction or related industries
- Prior experience in rental sales industries
