What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business and grow existing relationships to increase profits for the branch/region
- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities across various industries
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase modular building options
- Maintain accurate records in the division's database on customer quotes and specifications
- Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors for smooth project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
- Commitment to excellent customer service and effective communication skills
- Proficiency with various computer programs, including Microsoft Suite and customer databases
- Valid Driver's License
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in construction or rental sales industries
- Knowledge of AI as it relates to prospecting and customer management
