What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts to increase profits for the branch/region
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and occasional in-person visits to build relationships
- Demonstrate product knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
- Close customer deals through generated leads and telephone prospecting
- Maintain accurate records in the division's database and achieve sales-related quotas and goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of sales experience required
- Proven experience prospecting for new customers
- Effective negotiation and closing skills
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and various customer databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in construction or rental industries
- Knowledge of AI as it relates to prospecting and customer management
