What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts to increase profits for the branch/region
- Assist in creating marketing plans to support sales activities
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers and subcontractors in the modular building industry
- Collaborate with team members to provide effective solutions for customers
- Maintain accurate records in the division's database regarding customer interactions and project specifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a sales role in the rental industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and customer databases
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and attention to detail
- Valid Driver's License and the ability to obtain the HCD Commercial Coach Salesperson License within 10 weeks of hire
